The customer is booking for a takeaway or delivery and when they click on Book he will see your menu:
The customer pick their dishes and at the bottom of the page they will find the details of the order and can click on [place order].
On your OctoTable account you will see in real time the orders sent, in Booking > Orders.
You can filter your research by guest name, date, reservation type and shift work.
When the order is in progress click on the big icon on the left to change the status of the order.
At the end of the shift work you can mark all your orders as "delivered" by clicking on this icon:
Or you can click on the icon of each order.
This tool can be used also for the reservations taken at the table. The waiter can use OctoTable on a smartphone or tablet and can take orders by clicking on the detail of the reservation ( Bookings > Table reservations > green crayon ), this way:
