How to top up the credit on my account and renew my subscription?

Need to know how to load credit on your restaurant account so you don't lose OctoTable features?

First, make sure that you fill in your billing details in your Restaurant Profile > Billing information :

Then go to Subscription > Version and select the amount you wish to top up for purchasing or renewing your subscription, send more text messages, or purchase new images for your booking page or digital menu.

Once you have chosen the amount you wish to top-up, click on [Buy Credit] and you will be directed to your PayPal account to proceed with the payment. 

Remark ⚠️
After clicking on Buy Credit, the amount will be shown with VAT included, you will then find it added to 22% of the total. To top-up you can either log into your Paypal or click on Pay by credit card.

If you wish to automatically renew your subscription monthly, you may click Automatic Recharge.

In the same page, you can find the corresponding section where you can put YES.

Choose the amount you wish to top-up monthly with your credit card or Paypal account:

Attention ⚠️
The amounts shown in the drop-down menu in the Automatic Recharge section are already inclusive of VAT (22%).

If you need to know the net amount, subtract 22% from the total shown.

Once you have topped up your credit, under Subscription > Version you can choose to activate one of the three plans with monthly subscription:

With OctoTable you can also activate a multi-month subscription to unlock special discounts:

When selecting a plan, clicking on the corresponding button will bring up a window where you can also add the basic or advanced website to your subscription:
