How to mark a customer as no show?

A customer did not show up and you want to mark it as No Show? Let's see how to do it!

On your Dashboard you will find all the upcoming bookings; bookings turn orange when customer are late and we will also explain to you for how long.

The ๐Ÿ‘Ž icon will automatically appear after a 30 minute delay, as you can see in the image below:

Clicking on the thumb down icon will automatically cancel the reservation and tag the customer as no show in just one click. If you wish to do this before the 30 minutes have elapsed, you can cancel the reservation by clicking on the X you see here

and then proceed reporting the customer as No Show in the Database; go to Marketing> Database and click on the green pencil you see on the right hand-side of the customer's name to report the No-show Customer and select Yes.

The customer tagged as No Show who tries making a new booking, will show up in the Dashboard with the same thumbs down icon we saw before!

Therefore, the system warns you that this customer has previously not shown up at your restaurant, and you may consider sending an email, an sms or an instant message from the booking details section!
