I accidentally paid Connect to Octorate account but I don't have Octorate

Hi there We use your reservation tool, but it is possible for tables to be booked more than once. This means that if we have tables that are pushed together, they can be booked twice. How can I avoid this? Or am I doing something wrong?An Example of this is the "2er Tisch B" in the picture. I have also uploaded the settings we have :) Thanks in advance!

Good day Am setting up the reservation tool and have a question: I want to unlock the feature that I can compose more automated mails. Now I have seen that I can unlock this option individually for 19 euros. Are these 19 euros now a subscription and are due every month or is this a one-time payment? Thanks for your answer :)

Good day I am currently working on setting the reservation software for our restaurant. I have recorded the different opening hours and a question came up. Is it possible to set special opening hours for holidays without having to change the other opening hours? Thanks a lot Kind regards
