Ordering and receiving orders online has never been easier!
In this article you will find out how the orders are made by the customer👤 and how the restaurant owner 👨🏻🍳 will display them.
💠 Imagine receiving a new reservation, when your guest arrives at the restaurant you can mark his arrival by clicking on the red arrow ➡️️️️️️from the DASHBOARD section:
or by clicking on the flag 🏁 in the BOOKING section> Reservation list:
Now ( if you haven't done it previously) you can assign a room and the respective table to the reservation:
When the restaurant owner 👨🏻🍳 marks the arrival of the customer,👤the latter will receive an email or an sms (if you have sufficient credit) containing a link and a QR code to be shot with the camera of your smartphone, through which he can view the restaurant menu:
This is the minisite that the guest will see containing the reservation details:
🚫In the absence of an internet connection or customer contact details, you can ALWAYS print🖨️️ the QR code of each table and distribute it to the customers who are part of it. You can find it by entering the details of the table in question (CONFIGURATION > Hall > Tables section) and clicking on the red button.
❗ WARNING Do not confuse the Qr code of the table with that of the digital menu. The first is used to order online, the second only to display the menu.
