What do you mean by ''if I finish the places in a room there's the possibility to use the other tables''?

In other words, you are trying to physically move tables from one room to another?

1) If room 1 is full and room 2 has tables available, do you want to physically move tables from room 2 to room 1, as there is still space available in room 1?

2) Or do you want to be able to make the customer book a table in another room when the availability of a room is exhausted?

Answer

1) The solution in this case would be to go to Configuration > Dining Areas, copy the tables you want to move from the blue button, select the tables you want to move to the other room and click the orange Move to another Area button (PIC8).

To have them available at all times without affecting the real availability of seats, you can deactivate the tables by clicking on the appropriate button (PIC7), when you physically move them to the other room, you can decide to reactivate them .

2) If you want the customer to be able to reserve another room when a room is full go to Configuration > Dining Areas and in the top right-hand corner you will find the Availability settings tab, under Availability out of stock select Error.

¿Cómo elige el cliente la mesa que prefiere?

Si tienes el paquete "Elección en plan" incluido en tu suscripción, ¡tus clientes pueden elegir la mesa que prefieran en el momento de la reserva!

Asegúrete de haber creado el mapa de tu local de manera exacta y precisa, para que esté listo para ser hecho público a tus clientes. En cada sala puedes personalizar el fondo, la posición de las mesas, la distancia entre cada mesa. Y además cada mesa puede tener su propia imagen y estar dispuesta como quieras.

Una vez organizado el plano de la sala, accede a la página de reserva donde quieres dar a elegir la mesa a tu cliente (configuración > servicio > lápiz verde) y en el ítem Deja que el cliente elija su asiento, pon

 

De esta forma, en la página de reserva, el cliente puede decidir si elige la mesa o no.

Atención > la elección del asiento solo es posible en caso de mesas individuales, en caso de mesas agrupadas el asiento no puede ser elegido por el cliente, por lo tanto, si el cliente selecciona un número de personas incluido en un mesas agrupadas, la sala digital no será visible.

Comment le client choisit-il le siège qu'il préfère ?

Si vous avez le service "Choix sur plan" inclus dans votre abonnement, vos clients peuvent choisir la table qu'ils préfèrent au moment de la réservation !

Assurez-vous d'avoir créé le plan de votre proprité afin de le publier sur votre site web. Dans chaque salle, vous pouvez personnaliser le fond, la position des tables, la distance entre chaque table.

Et aussi chaque table peut avoir sa propre image et être disposée comme vous le souhaitez.

Accédez à la page de réservation où vous souhaitez donner le choix de la table à votre client (configuration > services > crayon vert) et mettez OUI sur Laisser le client choisir leur siège

 

Ainsi, sur la page de réservation, le client peut décider de choisir ou non la table.

How can the customer pick the seat he prefers?

If you have the "Pick your table" package in your subscription, your customers can choose the table they prefer at the time of booking!

Make sure you have created the map of your restaurant, so it will be ready to be published on your booking page for your customers. In each area you can customize the background, the position of your tables, you can arrange your seats according to your needs. Each table can have its own image as well and you can arrange it as you want.

Once the floor plan has been arranged, access the service for which you want to give the choice of the table to your customer (Configuration> Services> Green pencil) and under Let your guests pick their seat, put YES

This way, on the booking page, the customer can decide whether to choose their seat or not.

Attention > Seat selection is only possible for single tables. In the case of grouped resources, the seat cannot be chosen by the customer. Therefore, if the customer selects a number of people included in a grouped resource, the digital room will not be visible
