Set Up Email and SMS Sending for a Specific Service
With this feature, you can send targeted communications to your customers for a specific service in your restaurant. Here’s how to set it up in just a few steps:
Access the Automatic Sending Settings
Go to Configuration > Automatic Emails/SMS in your restaurant’s control panel.
Edit the Specific Email or SMS or Create a New Template
Find the template you want to customize and click the green button to edit its content.

Set the Desired Service
In the Sending Settings section, under Services, select the specific service for which you want to send the communication.
Default Option
By default, messages are sent for all services. If you want to customize the message for a particular service, open the dropdown menu and select the specific service.
