Choose between instant confirmation or reservation on hold!

Now you can decide whether you give immediate confirmation, or you prefer to receive booking requests, which you will confirm when you have availability!
 
First, make sure you have the Waiting List package included in your subscription.

Then access the Configuration> Services/Opening Hours section, and under Confirmation type select Immediate confirmation or Waiting list.

In the case of immediate confirmation, the reservations you receive will be confirmed automatically.

In the case of the waiting list instead, you need to confirm the reservations you receive!


The reservations pending of confirmation that you have received can be found in the clock icon section above.

You can also find the reservations from the Dashboard > Reservations section on the left.


There are three options available for the waiting list which you can find in the reservation details:

Accept reservation (blue botton): by clicking this button, a message is automatically sent to customers, and they must confirm the reservation within the time limit you set in Configuration > General Settings > Waiting List.

When the maximum time limit set has elapsed, and you have not received a reply, you can cancel the reservation or if you prefer you can contact the customer.

  • Confirm Booking (green button): by clicking on this button, you automatically confirm the booking without the customer having to re-confirm.

  • Reject reservation (red button): clicking this button rejects the customer's reservation.

You can also do the same from the reservation list or the top right clock icon: 

Remember!
The reservation, even if pending, will block the availability of the table.
