Does the customer have a special request concerning a particular dish?
With Octotable you can enter Notes regarding the dish so that the kitchen can satisfy the customer's request.
In order to add Order notes you must go to the reservation details: in the Order section, select a product and add the note under the heading Notes of the order
a tab will open that will allow you to write a note for that dish.
After saving the note will show up in a green color which means that a note has been added for that particular dish.
In the Reservations > Orders section you will find the order, by placing your cursor on the green "Order Notes" icon you will be able to view the note attached to that specific dish.
