This article explains how to manage Google reservations more flexibly thanks to OctoTable's Waiting List feature. This option allows you to not immediately confirm requests or to continue receiving them even when the dining room is full. It shows how the customer sees the "Waiting" status and how the restaurant owner can confirm or reject the reservation directly from the platform.

The customer who books a table on Google is informed that the reservation status is "Waiting" after filling out the form:
