The article explains how to quickly configure restaurant services and shifts within OctoTable using the Setup Wizard. It outlines the steps to add a new service, set bookable hours, select available days, and define the average duration of the shift. Additionally, instructions are provided on how to delete unnecessary services.
Before starting the guided setup of your services, make sure you have created at least one room.

Next, go to Configuration > Services Hours and click the Setup Wizard button.
Click Add to add a new service.
In the window that appears, you can:
Assign a Name to the service (e.g., Breakfast)
Enter the Starting time and Finishing time of the service
Indicate the interval in minutes that the service is Bookable, to create the bookable hours
Select or deselect the Days of the week when this service is available
Choose whether to keep all bookable hours or delete one or more time slots by clicking the X next to them
Set an Average Booking duration, after which the table will automatically become available again.
Note: It will always be possible to free up the table before the configured reservation duration by clicking on "Customer checkout" next to the reservation.
๐ Remember to click the green Save service button once finished.
If you need to delete a service, you can:
Select one or more services by checking the box on the left and clicking Delete
Click the trash bin button next to the service you want to delete
