To create your dining rooms, click on Configuration > Dining halls/Areas from the menu on your left.
You can add or delete a room or use the Set Up Wizard tool to follow the step-by-step instructions.
By clicking Add, you can insert all the relevant details:
give the dining room a name
write a short description for your customers to see when booking a table in your restaurant
click on "Automatically translate missing languages"
You can enter all the information to create your Restaurant Map.
Select the room background by choosing from:
Background template
Assign a colour to the room
Upload an image of your floor.
Finally, under Availability, you can set your room as bookable or not and also choose which strategy you are to adopt when table availability is sold out:
Hide time slots: the time slots for which availability is exhausted will not be shown to customers ⛔
ignore and continue: accept the reservation and manage it in another way, e.g. by moving it to another room or area ↪️
waiting list: place reservations on hold until a table becomes available 🕑
The advanced map and availability features are designed to offer a tailor-made experience; if you want to take advantage of these options, you must have chosen one of our subscriptions (DigiMenu, Premium or Evo) or have the advanced features included in your subscription (Smart User).
