In order to create your dining rooms, click on Configuration > Dining halls/Areas on the menu on your left:
Now you can either Add, Delete a room or choose the Set Up Wizard tool to follow the step by step instructions.
By clicking Add you can insert all the relevant details:
give the dining room a name
write a short description for your customers to see at the time of booking a table in your restaurant
click on "Automatically translate missing languages"
Here enter the information in order to create your Restaurant Map.
Choose the background of the room, choose from:
Background template
Assign a colour to the room
Upload an image of your floor.
Then in the Availability box, you can set your room as bookable or not and also choose which strategy you are to adopt when your tables availability is sold out:
error: tell your customers that your tables are no longer available ⛔
ignore and continue: you accept the reservation and you will manage it somehow or other, for example you can move it in another area ↪️
waiting list: you put your reservation on hold until one of your tables will be free again 🕑
