New payment system: what changes from November 1st
Starting November 1st, 2025, OctoTable will introduce a new payment section where you can register your credit card for automatic billing of invoices at their due date. This update will make managing your account simpler and more transparent.
Why is credit conversion necessary?
With the transition to the new automatic payment system via credit card, prepaid credit will no longer be compatible with the new billing method. To ensure that no customer loses their accumulated value, we have planned the automatic conversion of all residual credit in your account.
How will your residual credit be converted?
The conversion depends on the type of account you have:
If you are a Free user
Your residual credit will be automatically converted into SMS messages for sending notifications to your customers. Each euro of credit will correspond to a certain number of SMS, allowing you to continue communicating effectively with your customers without losing the value already loaded.
If you have an active subscription (DigiMenu, Premium or EVO)
The residual credit will be used to extend the duration of your subscription proportionally to the cost of the plan in use. The calculation is simple and transparent:
Formula: Additional days = (Residual credit / Monthly subscription cost) ร 30 days
Example DigiMenu (โฌ19/month)
Residual credit: โฌ57
Calculation: (โฌ57 / โฌ19) ร 30 days = 90 additional days
Your DigiMenu subscription will be extended by 3 months
Example Premium (โฌ29/month)
Residual credit: โฌ45
Calculation: (โฌ45 / โฌ29) ร 30 days = 47 additional days
Your Premium subscription will be extended by approximately 1 month and a half
Example EVO (โฌ49/month)
Residual credit: โฌ30
Calculation: (โฌ30 / โฌ49) ร 30 days = 18 additional days
Your EVO subscription will be extended by approximately 2 and a half weeks
What do you need to do?
Nothing! The conversion will happen completely automatically. However, we recommend:
Check your residual credit before November 1st
Prepare a credit card to register in the new payment section
Check your email for any communications about conversion details

If you had enabled automatic top-up via PayPal, we will deactivate it for you.
